All hosting services and data is stored and processed within Amazon Web Services secure data centers. Dactyl has a HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreement with Amazon Web Services.
Our AI models are HIPAA-compliant and never retain data. Protected health information is never used for AI training purposes.
All patient information is kept locally on your device and never stored remotely. At no point does Dactyl store recordings, transcriptions, or generated notes on our servers. Only templates and dot phrases are kept on our servers for the purpose of client synchronization.
